Group Health Insurance Services For Phec Employees Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of group health insurance services for Punjab Higher Education Commission employees under a framework contract for FY 2026-27. Eligible health insurance firms and companies must be duly licensed by SECP, registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 38(2)(a). The estimated cost is PKR 15,000,000/- and bid security is 2% amounting to PKR 300,000/-, to be transferred online through the e-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. Detailed eligibility criteria, terms, conditions and technical specifications are contained in the bidding document. E-bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on 8 October 2026, and late bids will not be entertained.
