Hiring of group health insurance for NAFSA employees. Eligible bidders must be minimum AA+ rated by PACRA or VIS with a Stable outlook and have valid registration with tax and other relevant authorities, including SECP, and must be registered suppliers on EPADS 2.0. Bidding documents covering terms and conditions, procurement method, bid submission, bid security, bid validity, opening, evaluation, clarification or rejection and performance guarantee are available through EPADS 2.0 and the PSW website. An online pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 16, 2026 at 1100 hours, with queries permitted until September 17, 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS 2.0 by September 28, 2026 at 1500 hours, with the original bid bond delivered before bid opening; technical bids will open at 1530 hours. The process follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bid security is Rs. 100,000 and bid validity is 120 days.
