Mess Items University Hostels Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of mess items for university hostels including grocery and ration items - chicken beef mince and eggs - vegetables - yogurt - bread. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and be active tax filers. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with annexure-wise evaluation. Bid security of 2 percent of annual estimated cost for each annexure in the form of Demand Draft Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt is required. Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-06-22 at 11:30 AM and bidders are required to attend the pre-bid meeting and tender opening. Rates must be quoted for each item inclusive of applicable taxes and remain valid for 90 days extendable by 30 days. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure original and soft copies of bid security are submitted as required and quote rates for every listed item annexure-wise.
