Cellular Internet Communication Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of cellular services including voice SMS data packages and SIMs together with internet services devices and data SIMs on lot-wise basis. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding process. Technical and financial proposals are required. Bid security amounting to 2 percent of estimated cost of quoted lot in the form of Demand Draft Pay Order Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee must be submitted in favor of the Director General. Technical proposals shall remain valid for 180 days and financial proposals will be opened after technical evaluation under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
