Formulary Medicines Procurement Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of firms for procurement of formulary medicines. Eligible firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List may participate through Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Prequalification documents shall be submitted electronically through e-PADS. Original bid security must be submitted physically before submission deadline. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled on 2026-06-22. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bid validity shall remain 180 days from opening. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Complete all electronic submissions in advance and ensure original bid security reaches the administration department before the closing time.
