Procurement of electrical distribution materials including 50-KVA Distribution Transformers - 100-KVA Distribution Transformers - LT Steel Structure 31' - HT Steel Structure 36' - HT Steel Structure 58' - D-Shackle Assembly - T CTs 100/5A - T CTs 200/5A - Termination Kit for HT Power Cable S/C 500 MCM Indoor - Termination Kit for HT Power Cable S/C 500 MCM Outdoor - ACSR Dog Conductor - HT Power Cables S/C 500 MCM - PVC Cable S/C 70-MM2 - PVC Cable S/C 120-MM2 - LT Spool Insulator - 11-KV Pin Insulator - 11-KV Disc Insulator - 11-KV Pin for Steel Cross Arms - Meter Security Box 200/5A - Meter Security Box 100/5A - P.G Connector T-220 - Connector S-157 - P.G Connector T-110 - P.G Connector T-155 - P.G Connector T-150 - Nut & Bolts Size 9'X5/8' - Nut & Bolts Size 10'X5/8' - Nut & Bolts Size 12'X5/8' - Nut & Bolts Size 14'X5/8'. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS v2.0 under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. E-bids must be submitted through E-PADS only. Original bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee in favor of Chief Executive Officer must be submitted before e-bid submission deadline and copy attached with the technical proposal. Rates shall be inclusive of all taxes. Bid validity shall remain 60 days and bid guarantee shall remain valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. Valid prototype test reports where applicable are mandatory. Conditional bids, late bids and bids without required bid guarantee shall be rejected. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure all prototype reports, bid security documents and technical files are uploaded correctly on E-PADS before the respective closing date.
