Wheat Flour Prison Consumption Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and supply of FAQ wheat flour for prison consumption with estimated quantity of 50000 kilograms. Bids shall be submitted through E-PADS under E-Procurement and online bidding process in accordance with PPRA Rules 38(2)(a). Interested bidders including suppliers, dealers, contractors, firms and mill owners must be registered with EPADS and PPRA. Bids must be submitted online by 28-06-2026 up to 02:00 PM and will be opened online at 02:30 PM. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost amounting to PKR 100000 in the form of original CDR is required before bid closing time. Two sealed flour samples as per specifications must be submitted. Wheat flour shall conform to Punjab Food Authority standards and prescribed specifications. Blacklisted firms under PPRA Rule 21 are not eligible. Successful bidder shall provide wheat flour as per prison requirements after inspection and satisfactory laboratory reports. Performance guarantee equal to 2% of contract value in the form of CDR is mandatory. Supply in 50 kilogram plastic bags is required and delivery must commence from 29-06-2026.
