Hiring Of Vehicles For Official Usage Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of vehicles on six month rental basis for official executive office and site use. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must possess FBR registration, NTN, PRA registration, sales tax registration where applicable, professional tax certificate and valid documentary evidence on EPADS profile. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost amounting to PKR 120000 is required in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, pay order, demand draft or bankers cheque. Bids shall be submitted electronically by 29-06-2026 at 12:00 PM and opened at 02:00 PM on the same day. Bid validity shall remain 120 days. Pro Tip: Submit separate bid security and complete compliance documents through EPADS before the deadline.
