Hiring Of Rental Vehicles Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of rental vehicles for operational requirements on e-PADS through single stage single envelope procedure. Contractors firms car rentals and tour companies having valid FBR and PRA registrations are eligible to participate. Bid security of Rs. 1,617,840 equal to 3% of estimated cost of Rs. 53,928,000 is mandatory in the form of CDR Pay Order or Bank Draft from BOP. Original bid security and blacklist affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 1200 must be submitted before bid submission deadline. Bids must be uploaded in PDF format through e-PADS only. Contract period is one year initially and may be extended with mutual consent. Tendered rates must be quoted item wise in figures and words.
