Description
Auction and lease of 22 kanal land for establishment, construction, operation and management of an amusement park at Gulshan Iqbal Park. The project includes installation and operation of amusement rides and attractions including Sky Wheel - Super Cars - Himalaya - Free Fall - Sky View Tower - Bullet Train - Family Train - Horror House - Twister - Magic Carpet - 7D House - Swimming Pool - Flying Elephant - Bagi Rides - Tea Cup - Astro Jet - Hully Gully - Samba Tower - Kids Rides - Flying Aeroplane - Paratrooper - Octopus - Roller Coaster - Zip Line - Sky Swing - Discovery Dragon - Takada - Honey Bee. Procurement shall be conducted through a two envelope bidding process comprising technical qualification and financial offer. Bidders must obtain at least 75 marks out of 100 in technical evaluation to qualify for financial bid opening. Tender document fee is PKR 5000. Rent free grace period of 90 days shall be allowed for construction and completion. Initial lease period shall be one year after grace period with annual 10 percent increase and extendable up to a total contract term of 10 years. Reserve price is PKR 15819613 and bid security is PKR 7909817. Successful bidder shall deposit one tenth of auction amount in advance and remaining amount in 10 equal monthly installments. Bid submission time is 02:00 PM and opening time is 02:30 PM. Pro Tip: Complete registration with the authority and submit separate sealed technical and financial proposals before the deadline.
