Procurement Of Premium Milling Wheat Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of premium milling wheat for Central Jail Sahiwal for Financial Year 2026-27 covering the period from 01-07-2026 to 15-08-2026. Wheat must be free from pests and musty odors with moisture content below 13 percent and test weight of at least 77 kg per hectoliter. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using least cost method. Bid security of PKR 90000 is required in the form of CDR, demand draft or pay order. Pre bid meeting shall be held on 22-06-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids shall be submitted electronically by 30-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bid validity shall remain 180 days and successful bidder shall provide 5% performance guarantee.
