Dental Hospital Supplies Services Framework Contracts Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for procurement and annual service requirements including - medicines - dental materials - surgical disposables - medical and laboratory equipment - plant and machinery - hardware items and protective gear - X-ray films and fixtures - stationery and computer stationery - general store items - medical gases - rapid diagnostic kits - annual contract for washing and cleaning of laundry - repair of machinery and laboratory equipment - repair of plant and machinery - annual contract for janitorial services. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-bids are invited from eligible bidders registered with e-PADS and relevant registration and tax authorities. Bid security of 2 percent is required for procurement and maintenance contracts and 1 percent for janitorial services. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS. Bid validity period is 180 days from the date of opening. Hard copies are not required.
