Procurement Medical Supplies Equipment Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of local purchase medicines, LPG gas, electro medical machinery maintenance services, dental materials, medical gases, ultrasound papers, ECG papers, stationery, printing stationery, OT consumables, chemical supplies, bedding and clothing, vaccines, canteen services and X-ray films with chemicals for various hospital units during fiscal year 2026-27. Procurement is intended for emergency requirements and items not available in hospital stock or not included in MCC and CRC lists. Eligible manufacturers, distributors and suppliers must be registered with FBR and KPRA with active NTN status. Local chemists must possess valid renewed drug sale licenses and provide clearance certificate from the Medical Superintendent. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure through EPADS in accordance with KPPRA Rules. Financial bids and required call deposit receipts shall be submitted through courier or post before the prescribed deadline and opened publicly in the presence of committee members and bidder representatives. Selected suppliers may be required to provide samples free of cost when demanded. Applicable taxes shall be deducted according to government rules.
