Procurement Of It Equipment And Office Furniture Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of IT equipment and tables/chairs for office use including supply of required equipment and furniture. Bidding shall be conducted under PPRA Rules 2014 through National Competitive Bidding. Suppliers/Contractors registered on e-PADS with active filer NTN and PNTN are eligible. Bidding documents are available free of cost on e-PADS and PPRA Punjab websites. Only e-bids submitted through e-PADS shall be accepted. Original bid security in the form of CDR/Pay Order amounting to 3% of the estimated cost (Rs.244,813/-) must be submitted physically before bid closing. Estimated cost is Rs.8,160,423/-. E-bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on the closing date and technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders representatives. If the submission date falls on an official holiday the next working day shall apply.
