Supply Of School Furniture For Examination Hall Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and supply of furniture for the multipurpose examination hall project at Boys High School Sumair Nagar. Eligible government registered contractors, firms and companies may obtain and submit tender documents containing furniture specifications. Bid security equal to 2% of the total estimated cost in the form of refundable call deposit in favour of Deputy Director Education District Nagar is mandatory. The successful supplier shall be responsible for transportation and delivery of furniture to the concerned school. Bids received after the prescribed deadline shall not be accepted. Rates must be reasonable and consistent with market prices. The tender relates to financial year 2025-2026. Tender opening will be conducted in the presence of bidders or their nominated representatives. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender with reasons.
