It Equipment Furniture Educational Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of IT equipment including interactive LED smart classroom display, headphones, tablets and all-in-one desktop computers, other stores and stocks including braille frames, math slates, learning puzzles, trampoline, medicine balls, punching bag and table tennis set, plant and machinery including treadmill and exercise cycle, and furniture and fixtures including teacher chairs, teacher tables, round tables with chairs, wooden tables with chairs, student desk benches, computer tables, computer chairs and patient beds. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 using Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments where applicable. Bid security shall be 5% of estimated cost in the shape of original CDR. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM. Successful bidders shall provide a performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract value.
