Description
Comprehensive annual operation, repair and maintenance contracts with replacement of all parts for 25 generators at PIC B.V. Hospital Bahawalpur, HVAC system for Kidney Center B.V. Hospital Bahawalpur, 14 X-Ray machines for various departments of B.V. Hospital Bahawalpur and 3 generators including gensets power and control panels (ACB) for S.A. Hospital Bahawalpur. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and must not be blacklisted or under disciplinary action. Bid security is 2% of estimated cost for each component and must be submitted in the form of deposit in favor of Principal QAMC & Allied Institutions Bahawalpur. Original earnest money must be submitted before bid closing. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately and bids will be opened at 11:30 AM.
