Annual framework contract for repair and maintenance of water pumps, motors, generators, vehicles, batteries, de-watering sets and canvas pipes for District Council Multan during financial year 2026-27 up to 30 June 2027 based on MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 rates. The estimated cost is Rs.5,800,000 with bid security of Rs.290,000 representing 5%. Eligible firms, sole proprietors and companies registered with tax authorities may participate. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure and bid security paid through online banking. Approved DNITs and BOQs must be used with complete item-wise rates and financial schedules. The lowest bidder must provide performance guarantee up to 10% within 15 days. Relevant terminology includes pump repair, motor maintenance, generator repair, vehicle maintenance, battery maintenance, de-watering equipment and canvas pipe repair.
