Printing And Examination Support Materials Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of printing of MCQs response forms for MDCAT 2026, paper reams, stationery items, miscellaneous items, original toners and printed flex banners. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with PPRA Rule 38(2)(a). Sole manufacturers, authorized distributors and authorized dealers registered with sales tax and income tax authorities are eligible. Bid security shall be 2% of estimated cost amounting to Rs.130,242 in total and submitted in the form of bank guarantee, CDR or bank cheque in favor of Treasurer University of Health Sciences Lahore. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately through EPADS. Bids will be opened at 03:30 PM.
