Hardware It Machinery Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for exhibition and fair services, purchase of hardware, repair of hardware, purchase of IT equipment, repair of IT equipment, repair of machinery and repair of furniture. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS using Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Firms, companies, sole proprietors and service providers registered with relevant tax and registration authorities are eligible. Bid security in fixed amounts ranging from Rs.35,000 to Rs.1,500,000 is required in the form of CDR, demand draft or pay order in favor of Section Officer Welfare-I S&GAD. Original bid security must be submitted before conclusion of bid opening session. E-bids shall be submitted online and opened at 01:00 PM. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Submit separate bids where applicable and ensure original bid security is delivered before bid opening concludes.
