Framework Contract General Stationery Furniture It Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of different categories of goods for financial year 2026-2027, including general items - stationery - computer stationery - printing and publications - plant and machinery - furniture - IT equipment - computer hardware - dental and clinical physiological laboratory items - entertainment items - newspapers and periodicals - books and online journals. Bids are invited from traders registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Open competitive bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bidders must submit separate lot-wise electronic bids online and provide bid security of 2% of the estimated cost for each lot in the name of the procuring university. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. Corrupt, unreadable, virus-infected or incorrectly submitted lot-wise bids may be rejected.
