Batteries Stationery Housekeeping Linen Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of dry batteries with connecting cables, procurement of stationery items, procurement of housekeeping and general items and procurement of linen and uniform items under framework arrangements for network hospitals. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Tender fee of Rs. 2,000 per tender in the form of pay order is required. Bid security and validity requirements are specified in the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System and bidders are required to register on EPADS. Technical bids will be opened on the specified opening dates while financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later and communicated separately. Hard copies with tender fee and bid security may also be submitted physically.
