Supply Of Laboratory Reference Books And Ups Batteries Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of compendial reference books, periodicals and UPS batteries including British Pharmacopoeia 2027, United States Pharmacopoeia, Manual of Drug Laws, 12V 5Ah dry batteries, 12V 7Ah dry batteries, 12V 18Ah dry batteries and 12 Volt deep cycle lead acid batteries on Delivered Duty Paid basis. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids shall be uploaded electronically. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-08-10 at 10:30 AM. Digital bid security equal to 2% of each lot shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Pro Tip: This procurement includes pharmacopoeia reference books, laboratory publications, pharmaceutical standards, laboratory reference materials, UPS batteries, lead acid batteries, backup power equipment and laboratory consumables for analytical testing facilities.
