Hardware Maintenance Services Pacs Tender Notice
Description
Service level agreement for hardware maintenance services of PACS. E-bids are invited from vendors and firms registered with income tax and sales tax authorities under PPRA 2014 procedures. Estimated cost is Rs.6,627,263 with bid security of Rs.132,545 and bid validity of 180 days. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. E-bids must be submitted online through e-PADS and hard copies are not required. Original bid security must be submitted on the day of technical opening. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 19-06-2026 at 11:00 AM. All procurement activities shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Pro Tip: Attend the pre-bid meeting and ensure electronic submission is completed before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
