Medical Hospital Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of local purchase medicines and surgical disposable items, medicines and surgical disposables for dialysis, pathology laboratory items, dental items, general store items, stationery items, X-ray films and chemicals, medical gases and printing items for FY 2026-27. Estimated values range from Rs.0.5 million to Rs.4 million. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost of each package and must remain valid for 180 days. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be uploaded through EPADS and accompanied by original CDR, pay order or demand draft. Lowest evaluated bidder on lot-wise basis shall be awarded the contract.
