Description
Procurement of 03 complete mailing machines through international competitive bidding. Procurement is being conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. National and local firms must possess valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 30 June 2026 at 11:00 AM PST at NADRA Headquarters G-5/2 Islamabad with online participation facility available. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and manual bids will not be accepted. Original bid security of Rs. 3,000,000 must be submitted before the deadline.
