Procurement of three mailing machines complete units through international competitive bidding. National and local firms must possess valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and be on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 30-06-2026 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and manual bids will not be accepted. Original bid security must be submitted before the bid closing time otherwise the electronic bid will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day.
