Repair Of Electrical Power Transformers Tender Notice
Description
Repair and maintenance of 25 KVA, 50 KVA, 100 KVA and 200 KVA transformers at Tehsil Batkhela, District Malakand as per BOQ. The scope includes transformer repair works, electrical maintenance services, power distribution equipment maintenance, transformer rehabilitation, testing and commissioning activities and associated electrical engineering works. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through EPADS. Only PESCO registered contractors having PEC codes EE04 and EE05, valid Inspectorate of Electricity Energy & Power Department KPK License in Category C or E, KPRA registration, FBR registration and Active Taxpayer status are eligible. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and original tender form, bid security and supporting documents must be delivered before bid closing time. Bid security of PKR 126,000 is required. Additional security requirements shall apply for bids below the Engineer's Estimate as per KPPRA rules. Online clarification may be sought up to 2026-06-27 at 05:00 PM. Financial bids will be opened at 01:00 PM. Pro Tip: Contractors with established transformer repair workshops and experience in electrical infrastructure maintenance may have an operational advantage during project execution.
