Movable Hand Carts Procurement Fabrication Tender Notice
Description
Purchase and fabrication of movable hand carts for Municipal Corporation Murree. The scope includes manufacturing, fabrication, supply, delivery, assembly and commissioning of movable hand carts for municipal operations, sanitation services, waste collection activities, street cleaning support, public utility operations and urban service delivery requirements. Procurement shall be conducted through the E-Tendering and EPADS system in accordance with PPRA rules. Eligible contractors having valid PEC registration, CNIC, PRA registration and NTN may participate. Bidders are required to upload bid documents electronically and submit BOQ item-wise rates through the EPADS portal. Earnest money of PKR 241,500 equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost is required. Original CDR and application on contractor letterhead must be submitted before the Tender Opening Committee. Additional performance security may apply where quoted rates fall below prescribed limits.
