Construction Renovation Minority Community Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Execute construction and renovation works including construction of boundary wall, gate, prayer room, water pump and veranda for dead body cremation at village Rattiyan Sayedian District Sialkot, renovation and provision of missing facilities in Christian Community Graveyard Sialkot, and construction of boundary wall with safety wire, main gate and rooms in community center of Swover Sahib Gurdwara Babe De Bair Sahib Sialkot. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible contractors must possess PEC registration in Category C6 or above with BC-02 specialization and relevant conservation project experience. Bidders are required to upload technical and financial bids along with scanned copy of bid security. Bid security shall be 2% of the estimated cost through CDR from any scheduled bank. Original CDR must be submitted before closing time on tender opening date. Online quoted rates shall be announced at bid opening.
