Relief Supplies Transportation Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and hiring of services for flood and monsoon relief arrangements including food hampers, flour, drinking water, cooked food, mosquito nets, cots, plastic mats, mattresses, animal fodder and hiring of vehicles for relief goods transportation. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 38(2)(a). Interested bidders may participate in one or multiple lots with separate technical proposals, financial bids and bid securities for each lot. Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Banker Cheque. Successful bidders shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 3% of contract value. Technical bids shall be opened by the Tender Opening Committee and financial bids of technically qualified bidders shall be opened subsequently.
