Procurement of district-level support services and equipment comprising installation of CCTV cameras - walkthrough gates - razor wire - metal detectors - vehicles for transportation from Faisalabad to Torkham Border - food items including meal boxes, breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinking water, juice, chips, biscuits, cupcakes, chocolates, Cerelac and milk packs - tentage with complete job - generators and hospitality services. Interested bidders may participate in one or more lots, submitting separate bids with prescribed bid security for each lot. Procurement shall follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and submit bids electronically. Rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes, in figures and words. Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost of each lot must be submitted through the prescribed digital banking facility in favour of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (Social Services), Faisalabad. Successful bidders must furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value. An affidavit on stamp paper confirming that the participating firm has not been blacklisted by any government department, autonomous body, district administration or PPRA must accompany the bid. Applicable government taxes shall be deducted at source. Quantities may increase or decrease according to actual requirements. The contract may be extended subject to satisfactory performance, availability of funds, approval of the competent authority and mutual consent.
