Rain Emergency Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and supply of miscellaneous items for repair and maintenance of dewatering equipment, miscellaneous items for de-water equipment and pumps, and hiring of generator sets with canopy for rain emergency operations. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2004. Bid security of 5% of bid price is mandatory and bidding documents are available against payment of Rs.500. Technical proposals will be opened initially and financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently. Pro Tip: This procurement includes dewatering equipment, pumps, emergency response equipment, flood management systems, drainage maintenance materials, generator rental services, rain emergency support equipment and municipal emergency infrastructure operations.
