Human Resource Services Provision Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of a firm for provision of human resources on an as and when required basis. Procurement is being conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Only well reputed national or local companies, firms, contractors and workforce service providers registered with relevant authorities and tax departments are eligible. Joint ventures and consortiums are permitted. Bidders must quote for all required services and resources as partial or conditional bids are not allowed. Bid security of Rs. 980,000 in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee is required. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 24-06-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids shall be opened at 11:30 AM. Bid validity shall remain 120 days. Pro Tip: This procurement includes manpower outsourcing, workforce management, staffing solutions, human resource deployment, recruitment support services, contractual personnel supply and human capital management services.
