Description
Procurement, implementation, configuration, integration, migration, training, warranty and support of a Treasury, Settlement and Capital Market Automation Solution. The solution shall cover Treasury and Money Market operations, Certificate of Investment funding liabilities, Investment Portfolio System, Capital Market operations, Settlement, Finance and General Ledger linkage, Risk Management, Asset Liability Committee reporting, Management Information System, regulatory outputs, security controls, User Acceptance Testing, go-live activities and post implementation support. Bidders shall submit one sealed outer envelope containing separately sealed Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal envelopes and each module must be quoted separately. Eligible, experienced, financially sound and technically capable firms, vendors or authorized implementation partners may participate. Bid security of 1% of the quoted amount is required. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM.
