Description
Procure repair, maintenance and support services for computers, printers and photocopy machines including hardware and software components for fiscal year 2026-27. The scope includes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, hardware repairs, software support and servicing of office equipment. Bids shall be submitted through Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. Bid security of Rs. 50,000 is required and bids shall remain valid for 180 days. Bid opening is scheduled at 10:30 AM.
