Printing Stationery Items Supply Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procure printing items, stationery products and miscellaneous printed materials for the period from 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027. The procurement includes printing of registers, forms, vouchers, policy documents, envelopes, file covers, attendance records, claim forms, proposal forms, office records, stationery materials and related printed products as detailed in the tender documents. Bids shall be submitted through PPRA E-PADS using Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Security amount equal to at least 5 percent of the total bid value is required in the form of CDR or Pay Order, while the stated bid security is Rs. 100,000. Bidders must provide company profile, experience certificates, managerial capacity details, financial position, active NTN and STN documents and required samples for evaluation. Bids received through PPRA E-PADS only, with supporting documents and samples submitted as prescribed. Bid opening is scheduled at 12:30 PM and bids shall remain valid for 365 days.
