Hiring Of Printing Machines On Rental Basis Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of printing machine services on rental basis for MDCAT 2026. Bids are invited from sole proprietors, manufacturers, authorized distributors and authorized dealers registered with sales tax and income tax authorities. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Punjab Rule 38(2)(a) using EPADS. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 6,320,000. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated amount amounting to PKR 126,400 is required in the form of bank guarantee, CDR or bank cheque in favour of the Treasurer, University of Health Sciences Lahore. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS and opened by the Tender Committee in the presence of representatives of participating firms and companies. Acceptance or rejection of bids shall be governed by PPRA Punjab Rules and suppliers may be disqualified if information provided is found false, inaccurate or incomplete.
