Event Management Services Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Prequalify applicants, contractors, firms, suppliers and service providers for provision of services relating to national and religious events, public meetings, arrival of local and foreign delegations, cricket teams and government meetings. The categories include temporary lighting and generators, furniture and tentage services, marquees, air conditioning systems, transportation vehicles, CCTV cameras and walk through gates, and refreshment services. Prequalification shall remain valid for one year and may be extended for two additional years subject to satisfactory performance. Applications shall be submitted through e-PADS. Bid securities range from Rs. 0.80 million to Rs. 12 million depending on the selected lot.
