Drains Culverts Construction Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of civil works including construction of drains, culverts and allied infrastructure works at Chak No. 560 GB Chhota, Chak No. 563 GB Salari, Chak No. 654/5 GB and Chak No. 145 GB in Tehsil Jaranwala, District Faisalabad. Bidding shall be conducted through E-Tendering under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and applicable works rules. Eligible contractors and firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the financial year 2025-26 and registered on EPADS may participate. Separate bidding documents for each work can be downloaded and uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bidders shall submit bids on item rate basis along with bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank in favor of District Council Faisalabad. Original CDR must be submitted before bid opening, failing which the bidder shall be declared non-responsive. Fake documents, fake CDRs or false information shall result in disqualification and blacklisting with recommendations to PPRA and PEC. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid under PPRA Rules. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
