Annual Bulk Purchase Of Laboratory Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of laboratory items under an annual framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Reputed manufacturers, importers and distributors are invited to participate. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions may be downloaded free of cost from E-PADS and PPRA Punjab websites. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and shall submit an affidavit confirming that neither the bidder nor its representatives have been blacklisted by the procuring agency or PPRA and that no material facts have been concealed. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt amounting to 2% of the estimated cost. Technical bids shall be opened in the presence of participating bidders' representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 35 of PPRA Rules.
