Hospital Parking Stand Management Contract Tender Notice
Description
Auction for management and operation of the parking stand at Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Khanpur for the financial year 2026-27. Bid documents may be obtained from the office of the undersigned against a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000. Interested bidders shall submit required documents including bid security of PKR 250,000 in cash, copy of national identity card, affidavit on stamp paper confirming that the bidder is not blacklisted or a defaulter, relevant financial statement and duly signed terms and conditions. Bids shall be opened before the committee in the presence of bidders. The contract period shall commence from 01-07-2026 and continue until 30-06-2027. The competent committee reserves the right to cancel the auction or terminate the contract at any stage, including in the event of a central contract arrangement by the department. If the auction is not successfully concluded on the first scheduled date, a re-auction shall be held on the subsequent announced date.
