Auction for management and operation of a parking stand at Liaquat Park Gujranwala under Parks and Horticulture Authority Gujranwala Auction Regulations 2021 and Punjab Horticulture Authority Act 2025. The contract period shall commence on 2026-09-01 and continue until 2027-08-31 for one year without extension. Interested individuals, firms and contractors must complete registration with the authority before participating. Tendering shall be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure comprising separate technical qualification and financial offer envelopes sealed within one outer envelope. Technical evaluation shall be based on documentary evidence and bidders must secure at least 70 out of 100 marks to qualify for financial bid opening.
