Cleaning And Sanitation Services For Shrine Complex Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of cleaning and sanitation services for the shrine of Hazrat Baba Fariduddin Masood Ganjshakar, Pakpattan under a 12-month security and cleanliness contract. Offers are invited from specialized contractors, proprietorships and firms registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority and other relevant government departments as active taxpayers. Procurement shall be conducted through EPAD and PPRA under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately through the e-procurement system. Technical proposals shall be evaluated on prescribed criteria including experience, eligibility, specialized staff, financial capability, machinery and satisfactory completion of previous assignments. Only responsive bidders meeting technical requirements shall qualify for financial bid opening. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated contract value in the form of pay order shall be submitted before technical bid opening. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance security equal to 10% of the contract value. The scope includes provision of 36 sanitary workers, 3 supervisors and maintenance of quality cleaning standards. Compliance with labour laws, social security, EOBI and other statutory obligations shall be mandatory. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all proposals under PPRA Rule 35.
