Third Party Validation For Solar Photovoltaic Project Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of a third-party validation consulting firm or joint venture for review and validation of project execution activities related to 100 MWp Distributed Solar Photovoltaic plants at various sites in Gilgit-Baltistan. Eligible consulting firms must be registered with SECP, Pakistan Engineering Council and active taxpayers with FBR. Procurement shall be conducted through Quality and Cost Based Selection with 80 percent quality weightage and 20 percent cost weightage using single stage two envelope procedure. Technical proposals will be opened first and financial proposals of technically qualified firms will be opened subsequently.
