Medical Devices Surgical Dressings Framework Tender Notice
Description
Electronic bids are invited from eligible bidders registered on e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System and relevant registration and tax authorities for framework procurement of medical devices and surgical dressings. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bidders must submit electronic bids through EPADS along with bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the prescribed form. Original bid security and affidavits must be submitted before bid opening. Bid validity shall remain 210 days. Hard copies of bids are not required. In case of technical errors, unreadable submissions, virus infected files or submissions in wrong lots, bids shall be rejected. Pro Tip: This framework procurement includes medical devices, surgical dressings, hospital consumables, clinical supplies, patient care products, wound care materials and healthcare equipment required for hospital operations and medical treatment services.
