Annual framework contract for surgical disposables, medical devices, and surgical sutures not covered by quoted items for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System must submit technical and financial proposals with the supporting documents required in the bidding documents. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically through the portal; physical financial instruments are not accepted. The procurement follows the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Manual bids are not accepted, and bidders must upload complete proposals before the deadline. Forged documents may lead to disqualification or blacklisting, and the procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under applicable rules.
