Medical Devices Surgical Dressings Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework procurement of Medical Devices and Surgical Dressings for the year 2026-2027 through e-bidding. Eligible bidders registered on E-PADS and relevant registration and tax authorities are invited to participate. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker's Cheque and original instruments must be submitted before bid opening. Bid validity shall remain 210 days from bid opening. Hard copies are not required. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
