It Systems Furniture And Laboratory Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement, supply, installation, development, upgradation and commissioning of IT Equipment and Higher Education Management Information System including E-Learning System, E-Library, E-Transfer, E-Office and College Information System - Furniture Items for public sector colleges and offices - Science Laboratory Equipment for public sector colleges across Azad Jammu and Kashmir under approved development projects. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under AJ&K PPRA Rules 2017. Eligible original manufacturers, authorized distributors, firms, companies and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on Active Taxpayers List may participate. Tender fee is Rs.5000 per package. Bid security is required as prescribed for each package and lot. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-03 at 11:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened after bid submission in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
