Sms And Whatsapp Broadcasting Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of postpaid SMS and WhatsApp message broadcasting services including transactional SMS with masking code and WhatsApp messages with masked name. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department and other relevant regulatory authorities for provision of communication services. Bid security requirements include PKR 308800 for SMS services and PKR 60000 for WhatsApp messaging services. Bidders are required to upload scanned copies of bid security and bid proposal through EPADS and submit signed hard copies before the submission deadline.
